최근 컴퓨터 로딩 시간이 오래 걸려 불편함을 겪고 계신 분들을 위해 안내 말씀 드립니다.
골든키는 신속, 정확하고 빠른 데이터 전송을 위하여 매일 동부시간 기준 새벽 4-5시에 실시간 업데이트를 합니다. 매장에서 마감하시고 컴퓨터를 끄고 가실 경우, 그날의 업데이트가 진행되지 않아, 다음날 컴퓨터 를 켜실 때 업데이트 진행을 위한 디스크 체크를 먼저 하게 되는데, 이 과정에서 상당 시간이 소요되는 것이 므로, 컴퓨터 시스템 자체가 느려지는 것이 아님을 알려드리며 컴퓨터를 항상 켜놓으시는 것을 권장해드립 니다.
골든키는 클라우드 기반 시스템으로 되어있어 컴퓨터를 계속 켜놓으시더라도 보안상의 문제나 데이터 손실 우려가 전혀 없습니다. 고객님의 데이터는 언제나 안전하게 보관되어 있으니 걱정마시고 컴퓨터를 항상 켜 놓으시면 디스크 체크로 인한 로딩 시간이 오래걸리는 불편함 없이 사용하실수 있습니다.

Golden Key provides daily updates around 4-5 am EST for faster and more accurate data transfers. If the computer is turned off during that period, the update cannot proceed on time. When you start the computer the next day, disk checking proceeds first for checking updating information, which is time-consuming.
Therefore, we suggest keep your computers turned on all the time.
Since our program is based on the cloud system, even if you keep your computers on, there won’t be any security or data loss issue occurred. Your data is always protected safely, so don’t worry about it. Your data has insured.
