Caller ID function has been upgrade so the user may able to connect multiple of voice modem on a single POS system.

1. Hardware Setup

 

1. Most Voice enabled dialup modem will work.  However, since there could be some variations among model, make sure to test before installing at the customer’s site.
   Voice Modem V90 or V92
   • Google Product Search
   • Amazon Product Search
     
2. In most cases, the USB Modem will be recognized automatically by Windows

3. Look for corresponding Serial Port Number.

1. Enable Caller ID function.
