Bug Fix

There are couple of bug fixes. Please note.

  1. We have fixed duplicating Internal Menu ID when Copy is used during Menu operation.
  2. We have fixed the printing problem for PRINT-RECEIPT-BODY-LINE ITEMS when it was COMBINE SEMI or COMBINE ALL. (example shown below)
