Additional Rectangle Table Map Component and Component Scaling Button

We have added Rectangle Table Component in the map for use.
Size differences for the tables are:

HORIZONTAL 2x, 3x, 4x and VERTICAL 2x, 3x, 4x.

Also, we have added the + / – buttons in the component to modify the scale faster and easier.
